Before we talk about the product, its ingredients, and how to use it, we would like to give people a small overview of the meaning of exfoliation in general and exfoliation.

Chemists in particular, because there are so many peeling products on the market, which has led to confusion for many people

First, what is exfoliation, what is its main purpose, and what are its types?

Exfoliation, in short, is removing the superficial outer layer of the skin that contains pigmentation, wrinkles, freckles, and dull, tired, dead skin cells, getting rid of them, and bringing out the new, healthy, fresh layer free of impurities and blemishes.

The main goal of peeling in general is to obtain baby skin (children's skin).

Types of peeling in general

1_ Physical peeling, which is done through the process of rubbing the surface of the skin and removing dead cells, such as scrubs called (scrubs) that are sold in pharmacies and beauty stores. Some of them are used daily, some are weekly, and they are classified as home peels, and some are used in clinics, such as crystal and diamond peeling, etc.

2_Medical home peeling that is sold in pharmacies only and is used under medical supervision and is in the form of a cream or gel, such as Acretin, Differin, Adapalene, Skincorin, and Retinol.

3_ Cosmetic peeling sold in beauty stores comes in the form of toner or serum, some of which are light and used daily, and some of which are concentrated and used on a weekly basis, such as Ordinary, Pixi, and other companies’ peels.

4_ Chemical peel solution

It has light, medium and deep

It comes in different concentrations starting from

5% to 70%

Such as fruit acid peels

Mandelic acid, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, etc

This type of scrub is used by dermatologists in clinics and skin experts only

from

5% to 20% can be used at home by the expert

from

25% to 70% is used in clinics only

After we mentioned the product components in the first description and its benefits

We remember how to use it

1_ We wash the face with a cleanser suitable for our skin and dry well

2_We take approximately 2 mm of the peeling solution and put it in a small container such as a cup.

3_We take cotton, a brush, gauze, or cotton eartips and dip them in the bowl

4_ We wipe the face with a thin layer

Now comes the big and important question: How much should I leave on the face? How many layers do I put on?

The answer is only you decide that

how?!

Yes, you are neither the oldest nor the youngest doctor or skin expert who can determine the time and layers

There is, of course, an average time for each exfoliant

The average peeling time for this product is 3 to 9 minutes

The maximum number of layers is 3 layers

Skin type and tolerance determine this

how?!

By surveillance

The clock is in front of your eyes, the water  and the peeling equivalent (we will talk about it later) are close to you

1_ I apply the first layer, and it is a thin layer, and I wipe the face with it, and it is from the inside out.  (wiping from the inside out is as if I am using a toner) I will post pictures to clarify

2_Wait 3 minutes. If the pain is mild and represents a slight tingling sensation, it means that the skin has tolerated the scrub. I can apply a second layer on top of the first layer. However, if the pain is severe and accompanied by severe, unbearable redness, it means that I must wash the face immediately.

3_I put the second layer on top of the first (do not wash) and also wait 3 minutes. If things are fine and the pain is mild, I put the third layer and wait 3 minutes and it will be the last, then wash the face with water or the chemical equivalent (nitriculation). I will write how to use it, do not worry.

After washing the scrub, if you feel hot or itchy, use Physiocort cream or Elica cream for 3 days, two or three times a day, along with using Mebo cream for burns. If everything is fine, there is no need to use them, and it is preferable not to moisturize in the first two days, so as to give the skin a chance to peel, because Moisturizing delays peeling

Moisturize and apply Viscort or Elica just in case you feel itching or heat

Because moisturizing is preferable on the fifth day of peeling

( Decision is yours)

An important question: If the peeling is light, when can I do a second session and should I change the technique? The first session of exfoliation we usually consider it a test for our skin to see how it reacts

The second session takes place two or 3 weeks after the first session

If the peeling is light, I can increase the time from one minute to 3 minutes each time I conduct a peeling session, until I know the appropriate time for my skin, because each skin has a different nature from the other. I only increase the time, not the number of layers, and increasing the time must be done with caution and calculation, because if I leave the peel on for a long time. Burns may occur, but as soon as the patient begins to experience stings, heat, and redness, begin removing it along. In general, this scrub is considered light, but we make these recommendations out of caution and insurance. If we assume that the opposite happened to me in the first session, that my skin became sensitive or I got burns, what should I do? As we mentioned, we use Viscort or Elica. And Mibo cream

I conduct the second session after 3 weeks and reduce the number of layers and reduce the time

Prohibited items

1_ It is forbidden to wash the face with soap for 3 days, and after the 3 days, use medical soap that is free of alcohol and soap

2_ It is forbidden to use makeup for a week or five days

3_ It is forbidden to go out in the sun except for necessity, especially the first five days of the peeling session, while applying a thick layer of sunscreen while going out.

4_ After the fifth day, we start using a whitening cream with moisturizer

Leather culture

1_ Dry skin peels more and faster than other skin types

2_ Oily skin is less peeling and slower than other skin types

3_White skin is safer for exfoliation than dark skin

Dark skin should be handled with extreme caution

4_ It is preferable for dark skin to be prepared before peeling

What is preparation, how do we use it, and what are its benefits?

We use Heroquinone cream or Milano Free cream for ten days before the peeling session. We put it on at night and wash it off during the day.

Preparation creams increase the effectiveness of peeling and reduce the side effects of the skin after peeling, especially for dark skin

5_ The lighter the skin, the easier and safer it is to exfoliate with it

6_ If you are a beginner in exfoliation, it is preferable to use a light exfoliant that does not exceed 20%.

7_If it is your first time using peeling, it is preferable to try it on a small part of the body before using it on the face

8_Some people prefer to divide the face into 4 sections (forehead - nose - chin - right cheek - left cheek) and exfoliate each part separately. For example, start by exfoliating the forehead, and after I finish and wash, move to the nose, and after I finish and wash, move to another section, and so on.

9_ Body scrub starts from 30% concentration, and knees and elbows from 35%.

10_ It should not be used with pregnant or breastfeeding women

11_It is not used on skin that has cystic pimples or inflamed pimples

12_ It is forbidden to perform physical peels, remove hair with wax or laser, perform deep facial cleaning, or perform a carbon or fractional peeling session until at least a month has passed since the peeling session.

13 - For some types of chemical peels (alpha peels), it is preferable to use a neutralizer to remove them. When I see that the peel is finished, I close the eyes well, then I spray the neutralizer on the areas that were peeled, then wash with water.

Is water enough?

Yes, it is enough, but it is preferable to use the neutralizer (nitrification).

The product is for use by specialists and experts only, and we are not responsible for whoever uses it, who is not a specialist and has no experience
